Baby Pom Pom Earflap Hats

I love making pom pom earflap hats as gifts!  They work up quickly and they help the babies and kids keep warm and looking cute with the pom poms ontop!  My go-to resource for hats is always Sarah of Repeat Crafter Me’s blog as she has so many different styles and sizes for all ages.  I enjoy going through my yarn stash and trying to figure out what colours would look good together as I try to use up my yarn!

For the purple hat I used Sarah’s “Sock Monkey Hat Pattern” with worsted weight yarn.  For the grey and white hats I used Sarah’s “Newborn Owl Hat Pattern” with bulky yarn.  As you can see, I’ve been putting my “Clover Pom Pom Maker” to good use (see my review of it HERE) and it was fun holdilng multiple colours together while wrapping the yarn to make these multi-coloured pom poms!  Be sure to check out Sarah’s blog as you can make pom pom earflap hats for the whole family!
