Ever since designing the Summer Days Daisy Bag, I have been building up a collection of daisy granny squares using all the 24/7 Cotton colors available in my stash. As the collection was growing, I thought it would be so neat if I could build a COMPLETE collection using every single color of 24/7 Cotton available. Currently, there are 42 different colors listed on the Lion Brand Yarn website. This worsted weight level 4 yarn is 100% mercerized cotton with 3.5 oz/100 g and 186 g/170 m per skein. I love using this yarn for my crochet projects since it does not fuzz up or pill easily, and it works up beautifully with the stitch definition. In this blog post, I will show you each and every granny square and I have made a video showing all my different granny squares as well! Having this collection of swatches/samples has been very helpful when choosing the colors for my projects, and I hope you find this blog post helpful too when you are choosing your colors!
Let’s dive into the colors! Here are the white, cream, grey and black colors:

You can watch this video to see all the 42 different granny squares! As stated in the video, I used either Goldenrod or Lemon for the centers of the daisies and Ecru or White for the petals of the daisies.
I love 24/7 Cotton so much, and I’m thrilled that I’ve finally built up a complete collection of daisy granny squares! Whenever I post about my squares on social media, people always ask me what I will be using them for. While it would be lovely as a blanket or colorful project, it makes me so happy just looking at my basket of sweet granny square swatches.
Here are my current daisy granny square projects that use 24/7 Cotton: the Summer Days Daisy Bag (using Aqua, Succulent and Terracotta), the Breezy Days Daisy Bag (using Taupe) and the Breezy Days Daisy Tank Top (using Cool Grey). I will be referencing my basket for future designs that I have in mind, and I hope that you find this blog post and video helpful for your projects too! Enjoy choosing your colors, everyone!
