Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.

The half a skein of Homespun would be for both!

The pattern calls for half a skein of homespun, is this per mitten or for Both? I have a 5 bulky yarn that’s only 109 yards so wondering if that will make a pair or not quite. Thanks

I really appreciate the instructions. I made a pair using Ultra Alpaca from berroco.com. It is a worsted weight yarn. I followed the directions for the large size and made the following adjustments: I increased R24-28 to R24-R30. Additionally, I added a few extra rows to the thumb. The mittens are small – and I did want them to be for a young adult with small hands.

Thanks again for the pattern. I tried to upload a picture of the mittens I made, but seem to be having some trouble.
