R1: Sc 5, Inc, Sc 10, *Inc, Sc 1*, rep 5 times.
means 5+2+10, +*2+1*(5 times) = 32 st
while Sc 3, *Sc 1, Inc*, rep 5 times. Sc 10, Inc, Sc 5
means 3+, *1+2*(5 times) = 18 st then 10+ *2+5* = 17 st

so 32+18+17 = 67 st

same goes with round 2

Hi Leann, your monkeys are so cute, congratulations for your work, im sorry to bother you but I have a big problem. I’m doing the monkey’s head, actually I’m in the R1 but I ended with 55 and the instructions says 67, also I have the same problem with R2 the instructions said 71 and I ended with 63, and I really don’t know where are those missing stitches!! I appreciate if you want to help me!

R1: Sc 5, Inc, Sc 10, *Inc, Sc 1*, rep 5 times. Sc 3, *Sc 1, Inc*, rep 5 times. Sc 10, Inc, Sc 5 (67 sts)

R2: Sc 17, *Inc, Sc 2*, rep 4 times. Dec x 2, Sc 1, Dec x 2. *Sc 2, Inc*, rep 4 times. Sc 17 (71 sts)
